Unfortunately, things still haven't changed much for those left without one.An internal memo from GameStop revealed that 30% of Xbox 360 pre-orders are still undelivered. Excluding the online transactions, some gamers are still left without their next-gen console, even after having put up cash for it a long time ago. The note mentions that the rest of the orders should be finished sometime next month. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
