Our ugly, half-sister site, DS Fanboy, has the details on a recent interview with Nintendo of America's head of sales
and marketing, Reggie Fils-Aime.Basically, the interview boils down to a bunch of Nintendo's New Years "resolutions." For, instance, resolution #4 calls for Nintendo to transform game development into a "democracy of good ideas." We have no idea what that means. Time to fire your communications manager, Reg.
Of interest to you, the dedicated and loyal PSP Fanboys, is some of the "smack-talk" that Reggie delivered at the expense of the beloved PSP.
Reggie Smack: "The fact is, we have a number of not only worldwide but even U.S.-centric million-unit selling games, and Sony doesn't. The buzz for the DS is huge and growing, and the most anticipated handheld titles are on our platform, not on Sony's."
We're sure our PSP fanboys will crunch the numbers a bit differently. Get crackin' with the retaliation in the comments section below.
