4 new XBLA games coming soon?

During his CES speech, Peter Moore announced there were more games coming to the XBLA by March, dropping a couple names like Street Fighter II, Texas Hold 'Em, and Marble Blast Ultra. Well, don't look now, but the official Xbox Live Arcade website has now added 4 new titles, including the aforementioned marbley one. Newcomers include:
- Crystal Quest: The 1987 classic is back. This updated and enhanced version allows you to pilot your ship through 60 waves, collect crystals, and evade baddies.
- Marble Blast Ultra: ...navigate your marbles through moving platforms and dangerous hazards, or go head-to-head in ultra blast multiplayer mode, racing to collect gems to see who ultimately wins all the marbles.
- Feeding Frenzy: Eat anything that's smaller than you and swim clear of everything else. The more you eat, the bigger you get, and the bigger you get, the closer you come to taking on the fearsome Shark King.
- Astropop: Match four bricks, use combos and powerups to score big points! Two different gameplay modes, coupled with 33 challenging bonus rounds, offers hours of extraordinary replay value for players of all ages.

Crystal Quest?
A classic Macintosh game on a Microsoft platform... so sad.
First Halo, now crystal quest... can't Microsoft do anything on its own without plundering Mac software? At least they pick quality titles to buyout.
Btw, this game rocks. At least it did back in the day, I haven't played it in years...

Other than Crystal Quest, the other 3 games are already available on the old Xbox Live Arcade.
Which matters little, the old arcade system was bobbins.

"They aren't showing up in the Marketplace yet, but they can't be far off if the websites are up already."
It gives a release date of February 2006 for all four games on their respective sites.

How sad is it, that I actually held off on buying DOA4 because I heard Street Fighter 2 was coming to Live Arcade. I know they release a new SF game every year (basically the same game), but the online support has been lackluster in the past. I usually have a tough time finding opponents online. I think that since it will be on Marketplace, and it will be cheap (most likely), then a lot of people will buy it, and it will be very competitive online, just like the good ol' days of the arcade.
I remember playing Crystal Quest almost 2 decades ago in our schools computer lab. I used to love that game. I hope it stands the test of time.
