The Grudge (remake), Boogeyman, and the forthcoming Evil Dead remake, have acquired the film
rights to Sony's survival horror franchise, Siren. While it's safe to assume that Uwe Boll can't be lurking far
behind this announcement, for now, the coast is clear. Instead, Sam Raimi, who has worked on Ghost House's other
creative productions, is set to produce the film, with Keiichiro Toyama, the series' director, working closely
on the film adaptation to ensure it captures the generic, mediocre sentiment of the game. <Yawn>
