Frank Williams, former Source magazine editor and scriptwriter for Eidos' 25 to Life, has admitted to
experiencing a moral dilemma while creating the game. Williams' intention was to hold up a mirror to the world, drawing
attention to real violence, but instead, he ended up contributing to the ever-growing library of shameless gimmick
titles.According to critics, 25 to Life is an abomination. And we're not talking the vote hungry senator and attention seeking lawyer kinda critics, no, these are everyday game reviewers. Williams doesn't have to worry about corrupting the youth by churning out another cop-killa gansta romp. The youth aren't playing. Conscience cleared.
