Godfather "later in 2006" for PSP & 360; on PS2, PC, & Xbox in March

It's clear to me this is happening for two reasons;-

a) Publishers are waiting for a greater install base of Xbox 360's to maximise sales of games. Re: Ubisoft with SC:DA yesterday.

b) To give developers more time to get the best out of the hardware.

Personally, I don't see this as a bad thing. I've heard this from the horses mouth on one occasion too. Given some of the disappointment surrounding other cross-gen developed titles and having invested in my 360 already, I'd rather they take the time to make that investment worth while ;-)

Yeah, #1, this isn't such a bad thing. At least it makes us feel like we're getting a SLIGHTLY different game than everyone else.

Besides, I like it when they delay the titles that I'm only margianlly interested in. Gives em a chance to fine tune it so they can be an unexpected good time between the games you're really looking forward to.

OMFG no one buy this game it will be S##T.Its EA for god's sake i mean every movie game they make is total balls!!!

Actually I thought it was fairly decent having seen the current gen version. They're certainly putting a lot of work into making it authentic.

Couldn't comment on EA movie licenses in general as haven't played many of them but Ubi did a good job on King Kong recently thus the bar has been raised.

the godfather team begins working on 360 in a few weeks, the good news for you 360 owners is that you will get a shitload of extra content where all of us non 360 owners wont. the 360 is a 1.5 version, dont sleep its going to be sick.
