Blame shortages, what else? The launch of the Xbox
360 in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) has officially been pushed back from March 2 to 12:01 a.m. on March 23.
According to David McLean, Regional Director of Xbox ANZ, the Xbox team is concentrating their efforts in two areas.
First, the team is working with manufacturing and distribution facilities to ensure adequate day-one supplies, with a
commitment to ongoing shipments. And second, the team will be organizing "special gaming opportunities" for
valued customers before launch. Special gaming opportunities? Could this mean another super secret rave in the
middle of the desert?More details on Xbox 360 Fanboy
