Anyone reading this post isn't likely to be a real hardcore Second Life "player". I think you may need to put up billboards in the "game" itself.

I wouldn't mind taking up this job. I run a Second Life blog already and I spend way too long inworld.

But I probably won't apply, why? I actually need to pass my degree sometime :p

Hmmm... You mean that MMORPG that only runs on PCs? Nope. I'm on a Mac, and the people at Second Life apparently haven't seen fit to make an OS X version.

As I've said before, WoW is so popular because us Mac users can buy the same disc at retail and play online with our PC friends.

Actually, if you'd bothered to actually look closely, there is a viewer for OSX. There has been for some time now.

I would personally like to see this. I tried out Second Life, gave it a week and couldn't figure out why so many people love it. It was so boring, all I did was spend my time looking at naked avatars dancing in clubs and hearing amateur DJs stream music in different areas. It wasn't all that interesting, but I'd like to see if I missed something. It basically looked like a big 3D chat room to me.

WoW is popular because it is well designed. Has nothing to do with it being available for Macs.

Umm, as someone pointed out.. there IS a Mac client for Second Life, and has been for some time. Infact, the Linux version is in beta as well and should be released soon.
