How-To: get homebrew on your 2.0-2.6 PSP

Alright, so you've read about the latest eLoader that promises to get homebrew running on your PSP with version 2.0-2.6 firmware. Problem is, you can't seem to make head nor tails of the instructions on how to get this stuff working. C.K. Sample, III literally wrote the book on PSP hacks (entitled PSP Hacks, coming soon to a bookstore near you) and he's posted his how-to guide on hack a day for us to enjoy.
It goes something like this:
- Get yourself GTA: Liberty City Stories
- Copy over the eLoader
- Load it up in GTA
- Play homebrew stuff

Man it just shows the immaturity of some DS lovers/owners.
this is concerning the psp not the ds.
they are both great game consoles but we are only talking about one in this post.

I use it to play my old snes roms and its quite effective. It crashes when it tries to load every once in a while, but, it gives the psp a new use. Excellent work by Fanjita.
To the "haters", buy a DS Lite and a PSP and grow up. Bashing is so junior high.

is there anyway to get it without liberty city stories?

Ok, I know how to hack my PSP, but when I boot up GTA after uploading the eboot, nothing works. Everything freezes up on both my SNES and NES emulators. What's up with that? Any one else have this problem? If so, how the hell can I fix it? And Fanjita, you rock man, but we need a loader that doesn't require GTA (although that was the best idea that anyone has made as a hack).
