I’ve personally never heard of tandem ski jumping. Yeah sure, it didn’t seem quite as unbelievable as other things I’ve heard, like the sport of bass fishing or Tom Cruise’s robot parts malfunctioning (he probably just needed to recharge his power cells), but this was one of those times when seeing guaranteed believing. Now, I firmly believe game developers in Japan are covered in a delicious coating of crazy, all sprinkled with a generous topping of fruits and nuts.
When a comedy series in Japan titled “Ski Jumping Pairs” was released on UMD late last year, chances are people thought that was all they were going to hear of it. That said, it may delight some of our readers to find out that this enriching confection of aerial acrobatics will reemerge as a PS2 game under the name Ski Jumping Pairs Reload. Interested parties may want to consider prepping their deep manly voices before the game comes out however; two of Japan’s most fabulous (if you know what I mean) funny men, Razor Ramon HG and Junichi Mogi, will feature prominently within the game. Just how fabulous are they? The HG stands for Hard Gay.
