My favorite place to get stuff is

www.squirtshirts.com

They've got some awesome baby gamer shirts, which a lot of us are coming to need more and more of lately.

Right now I have video game shirts from Red vs. Blue, Bungie, and Penny Arcade. I love the funny/cool sayings and logos on these shirts, plus I'm proud of being a total video game nerd. Everyone has to have a hobby, I don't know what's to wrong with mine being video games.

It seems to me that gaming clothes have already started becoming mainstream. I've seen a bunch of people wearing things like Pac-Man shirts and the "Nintendo Rehab Center" shirts, and I know they sell them at Target and the mall.

Ahhh, memories. I remember hooking up my Apple //c to the TV through the RF Modulator that came with my ColecoVision.

Cool shirts, but for some reason PacMan music get's stuck in my head when I think of the old games. I guess it's true... old gamers never die, they just run out of quarters.

I'm not sure if they still sell em but I saw SEGA branded clothing in Kohls sales papers sometime last year.

Considering you can get a good amount of the more popular game related stuff at Target or Hot Topic, I don't think there's much of an issue anymore. However, ome of the more random stuff is so extremely targetted that I don't think some of the people who buy it even really know why they're getting it.

Man, that takes me back... At the same time, I'm really grateful for newer and crisper A/V connections these days, which makes me long for a straight composite cable for my old (first-model?) Sega Genesis. Nostalgia at its best. =)

Dan, I have a composite cable for my model 2 Genesis. I found it in a box of unused cables I had setting around. I would say it would work on a modle 1 though.

Anyway, I'm not to happy about gamer clothing being readily available, most of the kids that get the stuff don't even know what half of it means. One of my girlfriend's friends was wearing a shirt with the old Atari joystick on it, and when I commented on it, he said "Yeah, I love this old Sony stuff, it's so cool" I almost got sick.

ZEstuff had an interesting thing going on. They had shirts that you ordered, but they'd only ship if enough people did.

Sadly, the Blaster Master 'Pimp My Ride' shirt didn't sell through enough. I was heart broken when I couldn't snag it.

OMG that is so old school. I don't buy game related apparel, but I would consider purchasing this one. To #13, I so would have ordered one of those Blaster Master shirts!
