I for one would love to see quality games like Monkey Island and Grim Fandango again. Syberia has been the closest we've gotten to it in a while, and I didn't think it was near as good as the classics. But seeing one programmer standing up and saying, this is what I want to see in the game market again! Not just more FPS, RPG, or RTS, but a real adventure game.

I can only hope that this is a forgleam that there will be more games like this.

Attack Seal, there's plenty of indie adventure games on sites like Abandonia Reloaded:

I can personally recommend "5 days a stranger", "7 days a skeptic", and "the white chamber". Then there's the great Apprentice series, charming graphics and fantastic voice acting:
