Kill Bill fight scene, Mario style
24
Before you decide whether to watch the video above, picture the combination of a Kill Bill fight scene with the sound effects from Super Mario Bros. If that idea brings a smile to your face, then go ahead and press play. If, on the other hand, you started frowning after the mention of a Kill Bill fight scene, you probably shouldn't watch this. Fast blades followed by spurting blood can be disturbing even when backed up by cute Mario sounds.

Oh My God. A job well done. I cracked up laughing when the classic music from Super Mario Bros 2 was included, bought back much nostaligia. Just one more reason to get a Revolution, downloading old Nes games...LEGALLY (oh i need to play Shadowgate and Iron Tank again)

Maybe it's just me, but putting Mario sounds to videos isn't all funny and/or interesting.

Hilarious! However, I nearly bleed out of my ears any time I hear Uma trying to speak Japanese. Fark, I hated those 2 movies.

Were there any sound effects NOT from SMB2? As far as I can tell, that's the only game used.

Somehow I laughed the most at the little isolated "bip!"s as Gogo walks down the stairs.
Could have been a bit shorter, as I kinda got the joke after a while-- but quality stuff. :D

My nine month old dog starts barking like mad when I play this video. I guess he hates Super Mario sounds....

Wow, this is a blast from the past. I cut this together with Sony Vegas a few years ago to see what I could do with it. I've got a high-res render if anyone cares for it.

Here's the timeline. It's a shame the stereo sound got cut when whoever uploaded it. The colored blocks indicate stereo balance changes.
