Take my advice, friends. Get Gamefly or some comperable service now and you will save in the long run. Ive been able to get way more bang for my buck and enjoy a lot more games because of this. I will still buy certain titles(like I will buy GRAW), but for the most part I just rent and send it back when I get bored with it. I know I sound like an infomercial, but if any of you gamers are like me and looking to save some cash and still get games to play, look into gamefly or gamenflix, or one of these type services.

wait, march 9th for graw? eb games has it listed (as has been the case for over a month now) as coming out march 7th. plus my local gamestop where i pre-ordered it from told me it was coming the 7th. which is it?

yeah... im a little confused about the march 7th/9th thing. I've heard both (sometimes from the same sources). my birthday is the 9th so i'd love it to come out on the 7th... perhaps get a little gift action comin my way. Either way though, im buying both + BF2 when it comes out.

Can we finally give a medal to the guy who came up with the Burnout Series.
Revenge is even better than the last couple, with the exception of the exception of replays.
The only one that was bad was that disgracefull DS version. So sad.

LOL, two more WW2 games next to Call of Duty 2. Oh, and two more first person games... but at least Oblivion is an RPG.

The games I'm waiting for, though, are these: Lost Planet, Killer Instinct 360, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Enchant Arm, 99 nights and Dead Rising; only one of these is not Japanese and hasn't even been announced (neither do I know if it will ever exist, but one can hope). I guess i'll have to wait till the Japanese games come out to get a 360. By then I hope Oblivion is less than 60 dollars, or else I'll have to stuff my gaming library full of Backwards Compatible Xbox 1.0 titles.

#3 I agree. My wife and I subscribe to Blockbuster Online. We get two in-store game or movie rentals every month. I use those to play my games now.

With Blockbuster's no late fee policy, I can keep a game out for two weeks before returning it and re-renting it or picking up another one.

Within the last 1-2 months, all my e-coupons say "free movie rental". They no longer say "free movie or game rental".

Blockbuster coupons depend on when you sign up. New blockbuster online customers recieve a free movie coupon each week. If you still get games coupons do not change you rental program. I almost did it and would have lost 2 free game/movie rentals a month. At $7.99 per game its like I get the DVDs in the mail for free.

the xbox website also has recon as being released on the 7th. considering tuesday is the default game/movie release day i'm assuming the 7th is the date unless someone can give more concrete proof as to where the 9th is coming from.

They have since changed the plan to ""3 at a time, Unlimited rents @ $17.99 for 1 month + tax" and 4 in-store movie rentals.

I just pulled up my coupon for this month and I'm still getting in-store game rentals.

March seems to be the official birth of the 360 to me.I bought one earlier and bought only PGR as the only game and played some online demo's.I don't rely on the 360 to be my only source of entertainment but I always knew it would get better.Sony and Nintendo will no doubt have great games too on the way but as for now I'm looking at the 360 and enjoy what I see coming...

We all like to lable games,''Oh look there's an fps'' or ''there's a racing game''...yawn.Unless I see something holographic appear infront of me I won't be impressed,doh!It's rare to see any king of revolution in gaming and I'd like to see if Nintendo will ever give us what we all want with thee 'Revolution' or the fabled ultra powerful PS3.No doubt there will be some geat NextGen games that will surpass G.R.A.W. and Burnout Revenge but for now they are just the beginning of an era...

this seems like prime time to pick up a 360...
