GameSpot sat down with senior producer David Georgeson of Namco Bandai for an exclusive in-depth look at the company's first major PC release, Mage Knight Apocalypse. Georgeson talks about the character customization system, the multiplayer cooperative modes, and a "last stand" battle mode in which you and your buddies have to hold the fort against hordes of brutes. There are also 23 new screenshots.
Apocalypse is looking more and more like a cross between Neverwinter Nights and Diablo, so plan on some good hack-and-slash action when the game ships. We've been seeing April release dates over the past few months, but the article mentions a summer launch. The latter is probably more accurate since the developers are still designing the final boss battle.
