Ubisoft denies leaked release schedule
Last week, GamePro.com
posted an alleged release schedule for upcoming Ubisoft games until Spring 2007. The schedule listed sequels for
Rainbow Six, Rayman, Lumines as well as plans to publish Ninja Turtles in Spring
2007 for every console in existence. The release schedule is a very likely scenario, and features Revolution and
PlayStation 3 games coming out in November, probably as launch titles.Ubisoft, however, is categorically denying the schedule as "inaccurate and incorrect," and GamePro.com has since removed the release schedule from its website. Even if it is fan-made, most of the games on here (especially the sequels) are common sense choices, and we will probably see most of these titles come out in the next year.
You can view the leaked release date schedule, compliments of GamesIndustry.biz, after the jump:

I think the list is real. Obviously UBIsoft is gonna come in and deny everything. It was a leaked list, not released. Just like when nitendo comes in and denies a DS re-design, only to announce the DS lite 2 weeks later. They deny these leaks so they dont hurt sales. Knowing a Ghost recon 4 is coming as soon as next year may make people hold out on buying GR:3 Etc, etc.

a lil off topic, but who cares... i get gamepro for free, something to whipe my ass with on the off chance i run out of toilet paper. why would anyone buy (newsstand/subscription) this magazine? there were approx. 2 whole sentences worth reading (though i may be mistaken), 2 pictures that warrant a first glance. this is quite possibly the worst publication in existance...
-wtf-
$5.99 newsstand price, regular edition comes with a plastic bag, so unsuspecting fools can't read it at B&N and realise how awful it is. theory: damn those plastic bags are expensive!
the subtitle underneath GAMEPRO reads: "over 3 million readers each month". so that's 3 million free subscriptions, and the over consists of varying degrees of retardation, children ages 5-8, and people who are on the pooper. sounds about right, no?
remember, the plastic bag is there for a reason.

It's fake. Know how I know?
"March 2007: Naruto (Xbox 360)"
That would NEVER happen...

The last time I read gamepro was pre-PSX days...and I'm still regreting those wasted minutes of my life. #3 was right...it's crap and they are sellouts to the industry.

I hate to admit it, but the first thought, when I saw their web site was, damn that's ugly. I really hope they do a redesign. Their front page was strikingly empty of content. Those diagonal corners have to go, they have no place next to gold. And those super imposed yellow tented images, they look like some thing a first year photo shop user would do. And it's not even a proper artistic peace. It's like hay these are the most popular games, so we're going to stamp them here.
Way tooo many adds.
Thank god for joystiq;

I laugh at any game schedule planned out that far ahead. Ubisoft don't know what they're releasing in 2006, let alone 2007.
shivr @ Mar 14th 2006 8:22AM
Naruto? Seriously? Highly unlikely :/ especially on the 360

Another reason why you know it's fake is them publishing TMNT when Konami owns the rights and have owned the rights since the 8-Bit NES days.
