Nope, it’s not news about the Neuros this time. Sony Japan got on the virtual horn last Monday and released their own Memory Stick Pro Duo recorder to the public. The MSVR-A10 Memory Stick video recorder takes direct feed from any compatible source and records the signal directly to the memory card. Compression rates look decent, but it looks like we’ve finally got a definite reason to pine for those 4GB and 8GB cards we’ve heard about in the past.
