Glad that MS is bringing this to NA. Hopefully they will have a set date very soon. They better bring Blue Dragon , Lost Odyssey, Lost Planet...etc. to here too.


If they get more exclusive games from Japanese developers, I am definitely getting a 360.

Okay... so this is a bit off topic... but look at the picture there. What the HECK is the point of having body armor that covers everything EXCEPT one's most vital organs?

Yes, I know that sex sells. But seriously, it's stuff like this that helps keep gamers stuck in the stereotypes that we're in, and alienates a lot of people from ever trying games or taking them seriously.

Turken, the breasts ARE the vital organs.

Bitch all you want, turken, I happen to like her breasts. And if she is comfortable with her body, I support her exhibitional rights.

As for the game... meh.

Perhaps dark elves have super-strong boobs.

What I'd like to know is why, when rendering "ideal" women, the telltale signs of breast agmentation is always visible instead of giving a woman natural looking large breasts? Have the guys who do comics/games never actually seen a real woman outside a playboy? Or are they thinking none of us gamers have so this is what we expect?

Well, just look at it.

God. She looks like every other non-orc female ever in an American RPG. And she looks like she walked off of a Boris Valejo cover. Picture is totally not selling me on the game, but doubtless I'll play it. And what makes Microsoft think that the Japanese want to play elf women, anyway? I think elves are probably one of those things that are very western, culturally, and have never had the same appeal to asians.
If they want to get into the asian market, they are going to have to start creating fantasies that resonnate with asian folklore and not just pump dollars into marketing something that asians just don't get/think is dumb.

Now if only [eM] -eNCHANT arM- could make it over...
