Safest prediction ever.

I've got another rumor. EA is making Madden for the Revolution. I've got an inside source. My ass says that it is a definite, although it has spoken to no one... ever.

Next month, my ass will have exclusive information on the next Tony Hawk game. Here's a hint: Activision will release it for the Revolution. Crap. That was the whole story.

well it is smart of them if they are the first to use the revmote ppl will pick up their game first its smart even if the rev fails (almost no way in hell it can) and this will be a very nice addition to third party support

That's obvious --- it'll be running on a variation of the Big Red One engine. The Rev should have lots of titles while PS2 development remains strong.

The other Activision rev title? Gotta be Tony Hawk Downhill Jam. According to IGN it's aimed at younger folks, and the control scheme would be perfect. Activision didn't reveal a system, gotta be cause they're waiting on Nintendo.

I can confirm that this is true. It was on one of the powerpoint slides from Destination Playstation (yes, I see the irony). Activision was talking about thier upcoming line-up for the rest of '06 and '07 so they covered everything. That wasn't the only title announced for all next-gen systems. Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam was also slated for the Revolution as well.

We talked about it on our podcast a few weeks ago.

Yet he(she?) has 7 more stars than you.

Meh, the COD games on the consoles (bar the 360 version) have been lackluster in general relative to the PC versions, maybe the revolution version would be good, heck for the rev version i'd be happy with a good port of COD1 just for the controls

Remembers when Nintendo had to replace blood with sweat in the original Mortal Kombat port. Today, blowing up SS soldiers is nothing.
