Super Mario Reloaded
As we said, it is a couple of years old, but we never covered it and we thought it pretty amusing when we watched, so enjoy!
[Thanks, Karsten]

Definitely better than the actual movie. Really impressive work with sprites there.

Lovely, should have left the subtitles out though.
Both movies seemed the same to me, great.
Beeves @ Mar 29th 2006 5:15PM
This is quite an old movie. Still great, though.

Loved it.
This guy should team up with Proxicide to give us a feature length movie. Now theres something I wouldn't miss.
By the way can anyone tell me whats the name of that song used in both the Megaman trailer (link below) and the Ryu Vs Scorpian fight?

Man I love that fight!
I would pay good money to see Guile vs Sub Zero or something similar. YOU HEAR ME PROXICIDE?

This is a great movie. How have I never seen this before?
Somebody should definitely do the whole movie like this -- it would be alot of work, but who wouldn't love to see The Matrix starring Mario and Luigi.

Wow, Paul's featured on joystiq? That's so awesome. :D
Hi. I'm one of Paul ter Voorde's friends and voice actors. He's currently working on a Cartoon Network pitch! It would be really cool if he could get some support somehow.
He's amazing with spritework, but you should really see his FBF drawn work! http://paul.ter.voorde.sheezyart.com

Man, this youtube video is terrible quality. Watch it in as it's meant to be at the link I posted.
Liam Billington @ Mar 29th 2006 7:17PM
Hmmm... is this a new E3 trailer for Mario 128?
Crummy @ Mar 30th 2006 12:07AM
As Joystiq stated, this is pretty old, and I've seen it quite a few times over the years.
However... damn. That is still pretty cool. No - I'd say it's fuckin *awesome*. Theres a lot of talent going on there to match that entire fight scene up so perfectly. Really makes me want to go watch Matrix Reloaded again...

"Theres a lot of talent going on there to match that entire fight scene up so perfectly."
It's not THAT hard to make video or Flash animations sync of with audio.
Belcho @ Mar 30th 2006 2:16AM
Damn, I can't believe I haven't seen that before. That was great, but not even that would make me want to see that terrbible Matrix (sequel) movie again.
