What the hell? Why is this posted here?
Jenever @ Apr 2nd 2006 1:09PM
Not funny. My brother died that way.

He died while petting little dogs?

Should be spelled "whose".

It's not a video game btw. There's no goal for winning or rather you can't win. but win the love of a simulated dog. (like Animal Crossing, The Sims, etc)

Look out Onion......
I can't be the only one who thinks all of these web comics lampooning the video game biz are not funny at all. I mean we all love a good Dynasty Warrior joke, but has one ever made you laugh out loud? I think people like them because they get to pat themselves on the back for understanding that oh so delicously ribald jest at Ridge Racer- like some kind of geek street cred.

Not all comics have to be 'funny'. Most political comics are designed to get you to think. This one is no different. Finding entertainment from playing with virtual puppies says a lot about humankind, especially when compared to finding entertainment from killing virtual hookers.

The Earth, saved by our love of virtual puppies

What is up with the face time that Extra Life is getting from Joystiq? I guess Scott is sleeping with the poster, or something like that.
