Get your own touch-screen tabletop game system

Sure, it's not multi-touch, but the Novo Infotainment Table does contain a 32" LCD touch screen, a built in Shuttle PC, your choice of an Xbox or PS2, and a bunch of other goodies like a rotating controller/keyboard panel, 60s spy-movie stlye.
The site doesn't list a price but it probably ain't cheap. Then again, if you've got your heart set on controlling troops in Warcraft III like oh so many toy soldiers, what's a little thing like money anyways?

Rule number 1 of ordering stuff: If it doesn't list a price, you can't afford it.

I'm struggling to think of a use for a 32" LCD Touchscreen on a horizontal gaming machine.
