My guess is that this game is gonna show up on the PS3 as well. Volition is in it for the money not the Xbox 360 fans. They stand to make more $ by porting this to both machines rather then just the one.

If the game's still running choppy then I don't expect it to come out for a long time until they really optimize it.

wasn't Driv3r supposed to be a "GTA Killer"?
Hmmph.
I will be monitoring this one quite closely.

We need another urban-theme GTA clone like I need a knife in the head.

to #4, you'd think so, but then what does that say about Oblivion? and to #6, this isn't an urban shoot-em-up at all, son. you must be thinking of another title. PS anyone, check out the fake news, which is generally more entertaining than the real news, at my site.

There is a good writeup of Saints Row in the April issue of 'Play' Magazine.

This open world gang type game is promising no load screens (aside from the initial load). They also talk about some of the things they had to cut from the game, like motorcycles and boats... but what they said they are including should more than make up for it.

I look forward to trying the demo, when it comes out. I hope this makes the missions more entertaining than the old GTA games.

Oh, and they 'promised' the full game would be ready for August.

#2 From something I read, the developers have already stated it will be on PS3 as well. It's no longer a X-360 exclusive.
