Good to see Animal Crossing: Wild World take another week at number 6, there's maybe still some hope for our market?
Sense @ Apr 11th 2006 8:42AM
Why was I never informed of this Crazy Frog Racer. It sounds awesome.
Repsode @ Apr 11th 2006 8:55AM
Barry, this is a market where guitar hero is only just beating that ringtone abomination. There is no hope! Just false hope.

That frog is pure evil. Repsode is right, where that song is played only comes disaster. Now a game, oh the world will soon end.

Typical UK market; quality titles such as Guitar Hero have to sit near the likes of Crazy Frog Racer. At least Animal Crossing: Wild World is enjoying a nice place, as is GRAW and Elder Scrolls IV.

There was some site that reviewed crazy frog racer.. it got a 1.. they said the graphics are NES level X__X"

It is sad to me that the UK gamers are just as vapid as the US gamers.
/Goes to play Guitar Hero and cry

Pickypants,
I'd have to say that I think the UK mainstream are more vapid than US. All we seem to like are football games and dodgy movie tie-ins. Look at how far Oblivion dropped in the charts after a few weeks!
For whatever reason, the UK market has the narrowest tastes in the world for games, especially those from Japan. You guys only missed out on two Dragon Quest games, while we're getting our first on Friday.
Roll on the region-free PS3 (sorry for the rhyme).
Hans Gruber @ Apr 11th 2006 5:41PM
Guitar Hero is probably down low cause it costs 60 quid (that's over $100US), oh and crazy frog costs 9.99.
Jon Choo @ Apr 12th 2006 4:54AM
@ Hans, Guitar Hero costs 50 at my local.
Looking at the charts, the UK gaming market is just doomed. No wonder many publishers are ignoring us by holding back risky but quality games.

What is Lara Croft Ethnicity? Is she a white girl with a rerally nice tan and Cologen injected lips, with a boob job?
Russ Stewart @ Apr 19th 2006 2:30PM
While we didn't have to deal with the frog on this side of The Pond, I am familiar enough with it to know that THE FROG MUST DIE!
