When are people going to learn that it's not a good idea to play around in the handheld market? Nintendo is going to do anything to ensure they remain at the top, no matter the consequences:

- sega releases the game gear, after that ever system they release flops. Finally they give up on hardware all together.

- after the virtual boy flops, gunpei yokoi leaves nintendo for bandai and starts working on the wonderswan. A year later Gunpei is killed in a car accident.

- Now this, it seems Nintendo really waants to make an example out of the gizmondo with all the bad stuff that's happened to this guy. It seems Nintendo won't let up until his life is completely ruined.

I shudder to think of what Nintendo has planned for sony.

Seems like Nintendo isn't as kiddie as people seem to think it is.

Man this guy doesnt deserve 14 years in prison he just realized nintendos dominanace in the handheld market too late before he could get himself out of it.
