Nice, Maxim will be there. I look forward to reading their writeup.

And as far as that messup, that's a pretty easy mistake, but man what a result!

Why is playboy.com on the list? Last time I checked E3 wasn't a porn convention; then again there are the booth babes.....

I got this press release via email and thought it was hilarious. I think it would have been bad had you posted everyone's full address, but I think that's fine what you did here.

My site isn't on the list, but I did sign up with my personal email addy.

Dustin (post 11), that's really unnecessary.

For some reason, I was thinking that Anandtech would be invited to E3...either they went last year or had someone on the inside last year...either way, Anand knows a hell of a lot more about the PS3 than Sony executives want him to know.

10. Nope, but their E3 Photo Albums are quite entertaining (I check 'em out every year): http://www.crunkgames.com/?cat=23

There is only one word to describe this list:

Dwaaaaaaaammmmmmmnnnnnnn!

Inappropriate? Yes. But, then again, so was this awesome list.

Its funny that this list has been published, however it is incomplete. Granted sifting through that huge list of contacts that came into my inbox is no easy task, there were quite a few names left out.

The only reason I double-checked is because my website didn't make the edited version ;)

add electricpickleonline.com to the list :)

There are a lot of names in that list use yahoo mail or hotmail, so some of the names will still be wrapped in mystery

Perhaps I'm giving them too much credit, but has no one thought that this may be a marketing ploy by the game developer. Certainly that wasn't an email skipped over by most of the press. Even bad PR is good PR when your trying to get noticed. If you dont believe that ask paris hilton.

this has happened many times. inexperienced PR interns and even seasoned veterans make mistakes. always enjoyable when you are in on it, makes for some nice new contacts sometimes. hah! ;)
