Thoughts on the Nintendo Wii video

This video has been around since last week's Wii announcement, but I realized we hadn't posted it here yet. We've seen the spoofs and the fan-art, and heard the jokes (several times over), but after resting on it over the weekend, have we awoken refreshed? Is there a renewed hope for the quirky little name?

Their polished video, accompanied by their polished copy, makes me feel good in all the right places...but then the full weight of the name hits me again, like it did the first time. Nintendo, I'm so confused. Hold me.

(Update: the video was linked from our very first Wii post last Thursday. Unfortunately I, like many others, was having a difficult time seeing it as Nintendo's website slowed to a crawl under the weight of the skeptical.)
