huh, that sounds interesting. i wonder why no one thought of it before since a cellphone number pad is almost exactly like a DDR pad.

They need to make a DS version of DDR where the touch pad becomes the dance pad.

Ramen Junkie - two problems with that.

1. The DS only accepts one input on the touch screen, so all the step charts would need to be dumbed down severely.

2. Konami already did that for the GBC (in Japan) and it flopped.

I tried playing it on my phone, but I couldn't even get past the first stage without breaking it!!! It won't hold my weight

i wish i could find the link, but somewhere in europe i think they had a soccer game on a mobile phone that used your camera to see your foot, and you actually kicked to kick the simulated ball on the screen, i can picture people using that concept for ddr, and dancing while they walk the streets of NYC, making the homeless look more sane than the public...
