I downloaded this and played a few games. It's really well done, and gives me hope for future board games on XBLA. The potential of online XBLA versions of RISK, Clue, Monopoly, and other classic board games is fantastic... But I hope they don't stop there.

I was one of the people that actually bought a 3DO, and what we loved about that console (aside from Need For Speed and Road Rash, which kicked ass when compared to the 16-bit consoles of the day) was that it had some great party games and game show games.

We had tons of fun playing "Zhadnost: The People's Game" and "Twisted!" alongside Family Feud. It's been ages since any company has made a good series of multiplayer game show video games that really rocked. I'm talking about the kind of thing I get my significant other to play without it having to explain the whole concept to the game. With board games, card games, and game show games there's no storyline or plot to worry about. You just play. There's no real learning curve, either.

So-- If any developers are reading this-- Here's what I'd love to see, and please bear in mind this is based on my experience with non-gamers and customers who are curious about video games but aren't sure they want to jump in...

Family Feud
Monopoly
RISK
Euchre (It's big here in Michigan)
Trivial Pursuit
Wheel of Fortune
Jeopardy (and hey-- How about special versions, like Celebrity Jeopardy?)
Who Wants to be a Millionaire?
The Weakest Link
Clue
Scrabble
Boggle (not me. I hate Boggle.)
Yahtzee/Kismet
Othello
Life
Payday

And so on...

The market is out here. Sometimes it's nice to be able to get mom & dad to sit down and try a video game that is familiar.

I'd really like a classic Uno pack to download. This new Uno for Dummies design really irks me. I like the simple design on the cards I actually own... you know, with words on them instead of mystical symbols.

I'd like to see some of the trademarked theme decks, like SpongeBob, Star Trek, Elvis, etc. Maybe even the "My 1st Uno" deck so my 5 year old can play...

just a little more info herre (i bought this game on XBLA)

It is 1-4 players. Offline it is only singleplayer. Online you can play with up to 4 players.

There is a very customizeable rule set. There is regular "every man for himself" style uno games as well as team games. There are many rules you can change.

Also as said above, it is very polished and fun.

I found this title to be surprisingly fun. I bought immediately after playing the demo.
