While visiting WB Interactive's floor space today, I got to try out the upcoming Justice League Heroes for Xbox and PlayStation 2. This is a fairly straight-forward game with linear gameplay, but getting to trash the streets with the amazing Flash or Superman is quite an experience. Most of the environmental elements like cars or street lights crumble in a destructible fashion.It turns into a button-mashing campaign very quickly, but in a fun way. Each character has his (or her) unique type of melee attacks and then their specials. But overall it takes endurance of the thumb.
Graphically it looks good, but the Xbox version takes the cake. The load times are easy and so is the gameplay, so Justice League Heroes is an generally good superhero, button-mashing fanfare. It'll be interesting to see how much it changes upon release.
