Thank you Joystiq for recognizing a gaming God.

My teenage years belong to this man's (and Sid Meir's) games.

I can't wait to see what Junction Point Studios, Inc. comes up with using the Valve engine.

Anyone check out his "Gaming at the Margins" articles for Escapist. They are worth it...

God, I hope he makes a Deus Ex 3.

A real one, not Deus Ex Invisible War. That one wasn't so great.

Deus Ex on the other hand was amazing!

Should we read anything into the fact he has a Nintendo pass around his neck?

Deux Ex is one of my favorite games ever, and I play games on the PC and all consoles. The game's conspiracy-driven storyline and gloomy setting were amazing.

Deus Ex: Invisible War? Not so much.

Deus Ex is still one of the best games of all time. I had to get rid of my PS2 copy of it so I could resume a normal life.

Fanboys, know your history.

Sigh. Warren is great, but he is really responsible for DX, not the other 2, and Shock is, IMHO, one of the greatest PC games of all time. HL b4 HL, 3D before Quake, very much the inspiration behind Ion Storm Austin and Valve (by their own admission).

I actually shared a cab with him on the way to E3 on Wednesday!

The Nintendo lanyards were the default lanyards given away by the E3 staff so everybody had them. And it's actually a Nintendo Wii lanyard. I managed to snag a PS3 and a Star Trek lanyard.
