Everyone knows the pressure is on to deliver gamers their next-gen fix, so what's a multi-billion dollar company to do? Take it overseas. Sony will be taking their next-gen plans to China, not just Japan, for the first time ever in an attempt to speed up their manufacturing process.
We aren't sure which components they're planning on making there, but a little communist ingenuity never hurt anyone (maybe...). Either way, with plans on delivering six million units by March of next year, Sony needs all the help they can get on this one. Hopefully this move will alleviate some potential shortages, if only a little.
