That painting makes me want to get a Wii so I can play Duck Hunt again! But unfortunately, I'm almost 100% sure my parents will not let me get another console... sucks...

well if your old enough that you experienced the first duck hunt, I think its time you start making your own decisions about your video games and not letting your parents tell you what to do lol.

Well, unfortunately for myself, I am 16 years old and still am forced to obey the laws of my parents. Yes it sucks, but that's life, I'm still too damn young to do anything about it.
I had the Nintendo, then SNES, N64, GB Color, GB Advance SP... then I defected to M$'s Xbox and now the X360. I love them, but I also want to relive my childhood pleasures of Mario and Zelda (and Duck Hunt!).

I'm just curious... I've seen many many artists who have done artwork based on or inspired by video games in the art community I belong to... how come this ONE guy is recognized for it? Nothing against this guy... he's pretty good and game art is cool. But there's tons of game artwork out there. I belong to Deviant Art (www.deviantart.com) and there's lots of game related art there if you search.

If anyone remembers this game.... I made myself some Tetris Attack blocks out of clay, so that my hubby and I could play with them and set up different combinations on top of our TV. ^_^ But there's tons more interesting stuff than that if you check out Deviant Art.

Wow. Who would've thought that "Death by JPEG" would someday be art? :)
