Amp'd scores mobile Dirge deal

If you live in the States and have an Amp'd mobile phone, you'll have first dibs this summer on a bonus Vincent Valentine adventure, Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode. Square Enix has signed an exclusive deal to give Amp'd customers a three month head start over other mobile providers. In Lost Episode, you can take on the Deepground Soldiers as Vincent, or play against other gamers when the multiplayer functionality is added at a later date.The PS2's Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII ships in August with 40 additional missions over the Japanese version, although online play has been removed.

Not really, Chris. The 40 secret missions are based on the online content that's available in Japan, but because Sony's online play basically sucks and nobody in the States has the required hard drive, it wasn't worth having that feature. I would rather have the extra content.

If you were smart you'd have one too. Thanks to HD Advance none of my games have load times anymore =P
Anyways, the online play would have been nice. Heard it was BF1942 comparison wise. Team based FPS action. Sorry, that excited me based off the single player game (which is pretty fun, not sure who you're talking to Amos. Well, guess you can no longer say "Everyone that's imported it that I've heard says it sucks", cuz I'm saying it's a damn solid / fun game. Worth the $50.

hdadvance is great and all until the games you really want to play on it dont work right (suikoden 4 and 5, for example. especially 5. the load times off the dvd are absolutely awful it loads great off the hard drive, quick as hell. but then you play for about an hour and it freezes. great game though, even if i did have to play it off the dvd in the end.)
