Sonic 2 mobile exclusive to Panasonic P902iS, for now
Sonic Team has announced that Sonic 2 will be going mobile as a preinstalled addition to the Panasonic P902iS cell phone. While a standalone release has not yet been confirmed -- judging from the current success of the original Sonic on the mobile platform -- it would seem to be the next logical step. But for the time being, to get your Sonic 2 fix (on a cell phone) you'll have to purchase the Japanese P902iS when it's released.Anyone else suspicious of the link between 'Sonic' and Pana'sonic.' Think Sonic Team's playing favorites?

Along with Tetris, Sonic 1 is one of the best games i have on my Sony Ericsson W800 - those two being the only ones that warrant the £5 i spent on each of them!

I might be one of the few that remembers Panasonics last gaming attempt with the Realplayer *shudders*

@#4 - why does fun gaming have to apply only to young children? I have sonic for my gba, and its an awesome time waster...you fly through a level, and you can put it down...I dont have to sit there for 20 minutes and try to figure out what im doing. Nintendo is right...we need a return to fun easy to play games, thats why they will succeed this round and sony will fail miserably. They tried too hard. I think they will be pretty much shut out. The hardcore crowd already has a 360, and the Wii covers the casual gamer, as well as the hardcore crowd...good night sony.
