Still not likely.

'Tis a shame indeed.

Take 2 woudl especially like to expand its sports offerings given the fact that a slumping EA Sports now controls most of the market due to monopoly licensing agreements. I think Wii would fit that need nicely.

3rd party support for the Wii is already equal to or past the Gamecube's support and we are still 5 months from launch. Maybe those consumer purchase-intent polls are persuading developers to come to the light side and make money with Nintendo?

Looking forward to new, original properties published by Take Two ... well, those, as well as Table Tennis 2 ;)

I have no interest in seeing GTA on Wii. I don't even play the series on Xbox or PS2.

With the level of quality games that Take2 have been putting out lately (as in no quality games), I would say this really isn't good news.

2k Sports has gotten so bad, I am actually thinking of going back to EA Sports... now that's bad.

GTA seems unlikely for the Wii. Not saying Nintendo is "Kiddy" or anything. It's the very nature of that game combined with the way that most Wii games will play. That will cause an unnecessary amount of flak to the gaming industry. I doubt that Take Two wants to bring something like that to the front line.

Just my two cents though. :)

I'll never understand these bastards and it's probably best that way.

Christ, someone teleport me back to the cheesy-yet-wonderful days of Sega vs. Nintendo. Everything has thoroughly gone batshit insane now.

maybe Duke Nukem Forever will come out for Wii. We know the game wont have next gen graphics, but maybe if the vaporware project ever see the light Take2 might publish it for Wii as well as PC.

Dungeon Siege for the Wii sounds intriguing. The menu-heavy interface would mesh pretty well with the remote.

Bioshock, however, will be a 360 purchase. Don't want to miss out on any bells and whistles.
