Nothing special about that. Just a place holder. At least this way you can pre-order a used copy (but at only a few dollars less, you have to wonder why someone would do it).

Pre-ordering for things like this is so bizarre. I suppose there's nothing wrong with it, but where's the motive? People just have too much time on their hands.

The days when a person could order used games with stackable discounts and the guarantee of a case and manual are gone. So are the days of only listing games that are in stock. EB Games lost those perks when they were absorbed into the Borg.

I suspect that with the resulting coercive monopoly that has arisen from the GameStop/EB Games merger we're going to see more transgressions that had previously been kept in check by a competitive marketplace.

Well, enough about that, I've got to hurry up and preorder the PS4 bundle and see if they've got any used copies of Duke Nukem Forever is stock (it may not include a case or manual).

Quote: "GameStop has used copies of Splinter Cell: Double Agent on back order!"

How in the hell can someone "have" something that's on "back order"? "Back order" just means they don't have it.

And no, you can't order it, either. Notice the lack of an "add to cart" button.

You know what has to stop? The fact that the used copy will only be five dollars less than a brand new one.
