I don't see Paperboy !!!!!!!! I MEAN COME ON....that game was down right sick! Also, Battletoads????? I mean yah it was a seriously difficult game to beat but what fun !!!! Others, I'd say they are all on the list.......Dr. Mario or Tetris should replace one of the 9 or 10's on the list

I think a top 25 list is needed for Nintendo since they had more games than ANY OTHER SYSTEM... and still do (With 700 some odd I think)... this is my list... with consensus favs

Where is Rampage????? What a great game... and Im glad someone said Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off Road haha
And I think why Punch Out and Contra arent in everyones top 5 list is because they were the two hardest games to beat ever... Although a couple years ago I put Punch Out in and vowed I wouldn't play another game until I beat it (I did eventually haha), and I dont think ive beaten Contra yet

In no particular order......

Contra
Punch Out
Techmo Bowl
Rampage
Paper Boy
Super Off Road
Mega Man 3
Tetris
Double Dragon
Castlevania III
Skate or Die
Super Mario Brothers 1 and 3 (didnt much like 3)
Kirby's Adventure
Zelda
Ghosts and Goblins (What a forgotten game)
Stinger (Unknown)
Alien Syndrome (Also pretty unknown)
Metroid(didnt play too much)
Final Fantasy(didnt like it)
Bubble Bobble(hated it)
Excitebike(didnt like it)
Ninja Gaiden(didnt play too much)
River City Ransom(never played)
California Games
Zelda
Castlevania
Battletoads
Caveman Games!!!! I COMPLETELY FORGOT about this one.... i never could make the fire??!!!
Ninja Turtles II
Kid Icarus(never played)
Pro Wrestling (cant believe people said that... i loved the Star guy)

i agree that zelda 2 was so much better than the original. I do wish that Bubble Bobble could have been added, that was amazing. I learned to read from Mario 3 and Mega Man 3, so they're among my favorite games. The only thing that can really compare to Mario 3 though, is Super Smash Bros. Melee. I hope Super Smash Brawl will live up to the excitement I have for it

End it nerds. How can anyone deny the greatness of Mario 2? Sure it didn't follow the "mario formula" but it was actually a lot better. Ever since I was a young lad I've dreamed of Nintendo making another Mario game with the SMB2 style of play, but they haven't had the stones to do it. Seriously, they bite.

And how can you say Mega Man 3 was as good as Mega Man 2, "that guy"? Obviously you haven't spent enough time playing Mega Man 2 and you need to go back and revisit the two games and take notes while playing. With your line of thinking you probably consider the alternate ending from Castlevania II to be superior to Castlevania III ending for Grant.

On a side bar, I am shocked that General Custer's Last Stand didn't make the list.

BTW this might be the worst message board in the history of the internet. Having the most recent reply be at the BOTTOM of the post, which causes you to scroll through pages of replies before seeing the newest one, is a horrible idea. Also the fact that you have to activate your reply via an e-mail just adds to the ultimate complication.

If you dude want to discuss a real message board at your next LAN party then I suggest you go to the below site, register, and try to watch the browns all season without committing suicide. FYI: those dudes winning a game is a bigger task than trying to beat Contra sans the 30 life cheat code. You got that?
