This is pretty cool, but I'm more wowed by the case mods than the actual water cooling work. With Intel's new first-party water cooling device it'll be interesting to see what happens with next generation systems and whether or not water-cooling in consumer electronics becomes a reality. The way the heat is going up on some of these setups I wouldn't be suprised.

I'm waiting for somebody to drop an LCD on the side of one of these things...then I'll be impressed.

There are good reasons why consumer electronics don't have water cooling. I hope it never becomes a reality. IIRC the 360 already has heatpipe cooling, as do many laptops. I'd prefer that solution, if only for relability.
