" GDP growth has also been better in the U.S. which leads me to believe that our country is in fact producing more jobs. "

Of course you wouldnt be biased about your country.

"A lot of people seem to think that watching the Daily Show and hating Bush makes you some kind of political savant. It doesn't, so please pull your head out of your ass. Thank you."

Prove my point, you're some weird political self-reflecting narcassist.

roflmao number 4, good post!
The Daily Show manages to convey that there is some reason in the U.S.
What we need is mainstream people running for Congress, but the catch 22 is that to run for congress it seems that you need to be eccentric already.
Maybe if all gamers moved into one district, we would have a majority and get a representative despite the ravageries of the First past the post system...

They also made a nice comment about the comparison to reality and video games.

When was the last time you used cheat codes to get a tank in real life... mmmm? And is everyone running around shooting each other with guns, stealing cars in public, getting health and armor powerups and whatnot?

It's still a game... a very very arcadish game. Let your kids play it, it's all good fun. It's not like they learn their moral code from a game that'll last them less than a month.
