Yeah, the buildings in GR:AW and PGR3 look a whole hell of a lot better texture-wise than this. Where's my real-time reflection with HDR lighting!?!

Honestly though, what are you expecting from a video game based on a movie? They're historically crap games, this one just has prettier graphics...although it would seem it's struggling a bit in that dept. as well.

The robot distruction in the sixth screenie looks pretty cool, but something tells me its a cutscene...

Dude, it's being developed by EA. If we're LUCKY, it'll be better than Superman 64.

Now, I've played a couple of non-suck movie tie-ins in my day, however none of them were related to EA in any way. The string of truely crappy movie tie-ins? EA FTW!

sure looks like xbox 1 quality game.
looks like a poorly done port, from those screens.

time to make the games the other way around, or not at all. port the games TO the xbox platform FROM the xbox360 version. where are our priorities devs?

The graphics are underwhelming because Metropolis is freakin huge. They decided that size gets priority over graphical whizz-bang. EA did Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and that was a pretty fun game. Nice and Zelda-y. EA even delayed the release so that they could make sure the game turned out well. Justin from BlueTights.net got a chance to play an alpha build and came away impressed. I think it will come out well, but we won't know until October, now will we?

I can't believe these pics are coming up as new screenshots. These screens are sooo SUPER old, they should be taken off the EA site. The early look of this game is disappointing and I hope EA has gotten everything together with this delay, because I really like the movie and I would love to play a great game.

EA needs to bring us a more texture game from what I've seen so far from these early screens, because if they don't they will forever be known for screwing up licensed movie games. I'm going in thinking its going to be a bad game, but if EA surprise me then great!!!
