Since it is not a holiday in Canada (we had our fun on Saturday) I am hoping I can get a copy of BFMEII for the X360. If not, then more Oblivion.

How patriotic! I'm flying to England on the fourth of July. That's like... irony, really bad. Really bad irony.

I was planning on playing Star Wars: Rogue Squardron II, I love blowing up TIE fighters. But I just read about the Challenge mode for The New Mario Bros. So, I'll probably shouting "No, jump" at my DS instead.

No holiday here. Just a typical Manchester heat wave. ie, intense heat until the afternoon where massive lightning storms take over. The day I got my first sun burn was the same day our garage got struck by lightning.

I'm playing a LOT of Mario DS and Castlevania.

I'm an all american retail worker so I'm stuck here until the district manager says "Wow, you guys are doing no business, go home."

When I get home it'll be back to point whoring on BF2 on my 360. I'm almost a chief warrant officer!

At least while I'm here I'll just read blogs and visit despair.com. "This glass is now half empty."

The funny thing about that comment is that the Diablo II US East servers are down for "maintenance" as well. A friend of mine and I discovered that it's apparently because some of the Blizzard tech people are on vacation, or something. Lame!

Anyways, since I'm heading to a friend's house right after I get off work at 9:00 this evening, we'll most likely bust out his SNES and play some Double Dragon or Tecmo Super Bowl.

Although the most American game to play would probably be Resident Evil 4. Celebrate this holiday by popping some foreigners in the face with a shotgun. Mmm..

I'm at work today, as I'm Canadian. Still, I'm going through Phoenix Wright and loving it (managed to track down a copy).

I did, however, go camping this past weekend, where I got burned by a hot metal plate and my foot eaten by leeches.

I'm Canadian, so our holiday was this past weekend. Nonetheless, I'm near the end of Hitman Blood Money so I'm trying to finish that tonight. I also have a weird, unhealthy obsession with Zookeeper lately for DS. Also going to check out the Prey demo tonight on 360.

The choice of games is pretty shitty nowadays, but it's not all bad, and this really is a good chance to catch up on those old games you may have passed over before for whatever reason.

I am a bit sad that Joystiq had to go and refer to Independence Day as "Fourth of July." This better be because you have a fear of the possibility that if you said "Independence Day," Will Smith will show up out of nowhere and murder your dog.
Oh and I'll probably play a little bit more of Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time, maybe Metal Gear Online, I dunno.
