Small Arms looks more like that old freeware game Soldat than Smash Bros., really.

I am looking forward to this more than any X360 game. Except for Halo 3 and GoW. But still, I think this will be awesome to the max forever. When is it coming out, or does anyone know yet?

That's a totally super cool idea!! That's the type of inovation that the 360 XBLA needs and opens the door for more developers to follow suit!!

Actually, I read on some other blog that it was called "Six Degrees from Small Arms." Don't know if that's legit or not.

Sweet Idea.

The linked article raises another issue that I think is more important, why have I only heard of this game from you guys and not MS:

"who's doing effective PR for independent XBLA titles? One of the things we're noticing is that there's not much info about a lot of the titles (videos, screenshots, press releases) before they go live, which is a shame, because then people don't get to know about them. Microsoft, appoint someone just to do that, immediately!"

If the XBLA titles are aimed at casual gamers, then why do only hardcore gamers hear about them before they go live? For instance the hold 'em poker game that is coming out, I havent heard a lick about it from MS, yet it was on the box art that surfaced a while back. You guys (X360F) should look into it.

Here's an even better idea: Give the 4 employees the First Degree Achievement. Anyone who plays them gets the Second Degree Achievement. Anyone who plays them gets the Third Degree Achievement, etc down to the Sixth Degree Achievement (or down to whatever). If someone with a 6th plays someone with a 3rd, they get 4th degree achievement. This way, you know exactly how many degrees of seperation you are away from the employees who started it. Also, those having a 2nd or 3rd degree achievement are part of a more exclusive group than those having 4th or 5th degree achievements.
