I bought Cloning Clyde outright this morning, as I really liked the idea and look of it (plus I favor the original stuff on Live Arcade over the ports).
The game starts off very easy, so I'm hoping there's a nice progression of difficulty, but so far, five levels in, I'm seeing potential for the puzzle element of the game, what with the cloning game mechanic. The humor isn't really my taste (I put Clyde into undies in the options menu), but the control is solid and the graphics are charming. Wondering where the in-level music is though.
Overall, I'm enjoying it and I'm glad I bought it. I haven't played through a good 2D console platformer in too long.

I really really enjoyed the trial of game and I am getting some points next week just for this and street fighter..

also for music in the game, I put some old school mario music on my 360 and it went perfect lol!

I bought it rightaway. I knew this is an awesome title, and something Arcade has been needing. I have been fiending for some kinda of side scroller, well to be honest.. I have been fiending to play this game and Small Arms. Will get SF2, but I am really diggin the side scroller stuff now.

NinjaBee puts out some awesome games. Love the humor that they put in their games.

Great game, arcade needed a game like this.

I can't believe someone is offended by a cartoon bottom poking out of a hospital gown! How sad.

I was actually more excited about Cloning Clyde than SF2. SF2 is a game that I played so much 15 10-12 years ago so really for me new and smart looking games like Cloning Clyde are my cup of tea. I haven't downloaded it already but I'm going to as soon as I can get on my feet. Had a surgery yesterday. Thanks for the great interview, I really enjoyed reading it. Awesome little game. Love it. Lots of humorous and fun little gameplay mechanisms. XBLA needs more like this.

I really love that this kind of game proves that side-scrollers should NOT be a dead genre.
