Dead Rising webisodes on XBLM (brains...)

I downloaded them last night all they are is 2 1 minutes cut scenes the first one is from the opening movie and the second one is a cut scene in the mall and they both look great and i can't wait for the game to release

Yea it seems to be cutscenes from the game like the opening and one from the mall. But the graphics are very detailed and the textures look great! I cant wait to ge this one

As far as I can tell, they're short videos setting up some sort of backstory. The first is of a reporter arriving in town by helicopter and landing on the roof of a mall, while the second is the same reporter and Ving Rhames apparently having just lost track of something they were following, and then the reporter asking some questions to Ving.

As much as this game could be really fun...it could get really repetitive and boring too. I also wonder why there is *so* much media hype around it. The harder the marketing team works, the more I feel like they are trying to con me into buying something that isn't that great. Like they are trying to cover something up.

As an example: Anybody else remember how hyped the latest "Godzilla" movie was? Thank god I avoided that one.

The Webisodes looked great! They definitiely peaked my interest for the game. I have to at least give it a trial run when the demo hits XBLM.

are you talking about the hype for Godzilla Final Wars? Because there was like no hype for that movie here in the US. If you're talking about that horrible excuse for a Godzilla movie that was made by hollywood, then I want to to say you're sorry for even bringing that piece of garbage up.

I'll give you bonus points for putting the quotes around Godzilla though :-)

I think people are excited about this title, because it just looks so fun. I don't think marketing needs to pump up hype for this one.

It looks like it has action and a bit of humor to go along with it. That is historically a really good match.

This game will suck, total repetitive gameplay. How many zombies can you take out before you put this on Ebay??

I think this game could be fun for the 2 weeks before Madden and Saints Row come out but thats it. It looks like the same thing over and over just with numerous weapons.
