Even this Nintendo fan boy has got to admit Nintendo is a little late to the show with GBA Player's Choice titles. I love me some cheap games, The PS2 Greatest Hits line is most of my library, but these games should have dropped over a year ago.

Wasn't mario kart, mario world, and zelda already players choices? Or wen't they that cheap already? Also isn't this like the 1st time nintendo made pokemon a players choice? I mean they still could have sold it for 35$ and kids would have still bought it its fucken pokemon.

mario world on the gba has been hard to find lately... i agree they came out a little late on this one... this makes sense from their viewpoint though- i mean, they have the games and the console base is still selling. so of course they're going to profit here.

Yeah, I think I need to add SMW to my new DS Lite. I think that needs to happen.
I just wish I could find SSF2T.

Good timing. My wife's 8-year old cousin has my 4-year old son hooked on Pokemon for the GBA. I bought him the Emerald version and even though he's still learning to read, he's been playing the bejeezus out of it.

I've been looking for a copy of Super Mario World for a while now and can't find it. Any idea when these actually get shipped to stores? The day this hits I wanna be there!

SMW2 for $20?!?!?! YESSS! Was just at Gamestop and they wanted $27 for a used cart! :P I actually owned this back when the GBA was first released - and sold it because the screen on the original GBA sucked so badly. Nintendo was basically using false advertising on every GBA game since the pictures on the back of the boxes weren't "real". At that time it was impossible to get your games to look like the pictures. However, I wouldn't mind if they ever came out with a backlit version of the original GBA. It did have an excellent ergonomic design.

Oh goood, I want SMW for my DS to keep me busy.

I still don't understand what people's problem with the original GBA was. The screen was fine as long as you had a light on. I mean, I will admit that the lighted screen on the SP and DS is nice, but it wasn't really a dealbreaker.

I like my GBA and all, but it's kinda late for this sort of thing, isn't it? I'd like to see some Player's Choice titles on the DS (Mario Kart DS or Kirby: Canvas Curse FTW, plz)...
