To bad there wasnt a code to turn the cheesey cell shading off. Dont get me wrong I LOVE ZELDA... In fact I'd go as far as saying that I have the biggest erection on the planet for the series... but I was dissapointed with this game. It was a phenominal game, but not on par with other Zeldas in my opinion. Maybe they'll have an unlockable level where you sail around in a boat for hours lowering a grappling hook to look for little shards. Oh wait.. thats the actual game.

oh wait...that wasn't funny :X

Yea, the codes are kinda old. A few years, methinks. I still haven't tried them, as I have no need for AC.

I'd like to play the best levels for Twilight Princess...

I'd like to play Twilight Princess...

Is there just an infinite level of beta levels?

Also, do I have to enter every single code to have them work?

Man, the hot coffee is going to hit the fan once the ESRB realizes that Nintendo never mentioned any of these levels when submitting the game for rating...

This is old news, although I just happen to have pulled out WW the other day, and tried one of these (they take forever to type in, so I've only tried two...)

Funny, common sense, because common sense would tell you that those 8 (actually more than 8 if you'd do some research) titles are all better quality (i.e. more fun) than 90% of the piece of shit 360 titles out and the waste of time, space, and money exclusive launch titles that the "all-powerful" PS3 will have. Any games that come out for the other 2 that can compare to those "8" launch titles are multiplatforms anyway. Sony almost completely relies on 3rd party games for their popularity, once PS3 with it's very complicated dev kit comes out and Sony's 3rd party developers jump ship, Sony will be history. Nintendo has fans. Sony has zombies.

I disagree, its MS that has Zombies, as they do not sell you a console; they sell you "The Hummer Attitude" Which is why it does not sell in Japan.

On topic
These codes have been around for some time

Wow. This is some pretty polished whitebox test levels. A lot of developers could take a cue from Nintendo on this.

Cool, even if the code is "old", it's nice for those of us who maybe wanted to see the youtube videos of it.

Why the hell did the ps3 and 360 get dragged into this? Is it THAT hard to focus on the post, without trashing another company?

Soooooo... are the dungeons cut from the finished game still there?

(There was at one on Greatfish Isle, and another one which I'd be willing to bet is somewhere around the Isle of Steel. The story goes that Nintendo knew they were in trouble, so they cut the third pearl dungeon, where you got the bombs, and moved the pearl itself to Outset. Naturally, they also had to cut the oracle dungeon that tied into the Greatfish Island's plot. The island still has some detail on it because it was modelled, and they basically smashed it to coincidence with the change in direction. I don't know what happened to what they'd done of those two dungeons, but it's likely that they were folded into the other dungeons.)

Wasn't this found back in 2004?

Either way, these are just test areas for game mechanics, not cut dungeons from the actual game.
