also, man law doesn't have to apply to the internet because the internet is just like the wild west. try to be civil or face rough showdowns at noon. fact.

Cliff answered the questions given to him. I didn't see the supposed self-aggrandizing being claimed by what I must guess are rabid Sony fanboys in denial. I think they just got pissed that he said the only thing that got him excited at the moment was DS!

Now, for the topic everyone is really talking about;
If I don't have a 1080p display, I don't even want to look at a PS3. Nothing will look any better on PS3, than it does on 360, without the higher resolution. I don't have $2,000 to spend on games and TV, though, so PS3 is screwed.

The added cost of Blu-Ray is also a waste without the added resolution. I can spend $600 on a PS3 for a Blu-Ray enabled PS3, or $100 on a HD-DVD add-on for my 360. Both would be played on the same high-definition TV, which doesn't support 1080p, so they'd look exactly the same. I'm not worried about who wins the format war, because I rent. No point in purchasing expesive media when downloaded movies/tv are making them obsolete.

By the way, about the PS3 duck demo at E3; they could've controlled TWO ducks with Nintendo's Wii. Buying 360 + Wii = same price/better value than PS3.

"I love games, but there's not a lot out there that thrills me besides my DS. "

"Speaking of the PS3, what do you think of it?

Well, I'll buy one when the price goes down."

I like this guy, hahaha. Seriously though, seems like a nice guy and, unlike a lot of developers, isn't completely full of himself.

As for Gears of War... I am definitely looking forward to it, but I still don't know if I want to buy it. The "interactive cinematic experience" thing makes it sound very short. Also, its receiving too much hype, and that tends to ruin games for me, like Halo 2.
