I had d/l these items before I even started playing. I was on Market and noticed all these free keys and figured 'why the hell not, it's free'.

I'm really suprised at all the attention Capcom is giving this game so fast. I just hope they keep it up 'cause this game is great.

This is the best Xbox 360 game released so far. The very best.

Great game! I only wish the text was a little bigger. Then maybe I'll be able to know what's going on. Oh well, I don't regret buying it.

How about a patch for the near-broken save system.

There's nothing special about these "new" outfits. They're basically Frank's default outfit in different colors...

I f-ing love this game.... The lawn mower alonee warrants the $60 purchase.

I have the Miami Nights uniform on currently. All the keys do is "open" those lockers in the security room. The uniform looks like a dark purple suede suit. Very nice looking.

Sorry... Don't have a working digital camera :(

On Day 2 now. Case 2-2.

And I'm posting this for those who still maybe confused by the god-awful save system - when you want to finish playing your game but don't want to start the whole game over again... Just turn the console off. Thats it! NEVER choose the 'save and end' option.

When you play again, it will ask you if you want to continue from your last save. Viola! No beginning again! (Unless you really want to start over again at level 8 - that's your prerogative.)

A large plush animal may not be a very effective weapon against a horde of zombies, but it sure is a *hilarious* weapon.

What does Johnny Cash have to do with Dead Rising?

Now I know there was a Cash song in Dawn of the Dead but remember, "This game was not developed, approved or liscensed by the owners or creators of George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead"

The save system is broken?

Oh wait. No its not. Its just not the usual crap folks are used to and refuse to try anything new.

Basically, when Frank gets knocked out...there's an option to either Load your previous save or Save your character progress and start over.

Not that difficult. Reading is your friend.

I wish they would release a patch that would allow me to enlarge the size of the subtitles. On my TV I can't read anything anyone says.

For all the people whining about the size of the text, here's a thought... buy a next-gen TV for your next-gen game system.

This reminds me of the "It's so dark" complaints for "King Kong."

I have to admit, this one is pretty fun. Was playing the demo last night, and there's something oddly satisfying about rolling around a mall on your skateboard, taking out zombies in your wake, and in the midst of everyone trying to kill you, you still find time to hit one of the clothing stores to change your outfit.

A great game. Enthusiastically received by most and now Capcom are supporting it before it's even OUT over here (U.K).

Thank god some developers were told that "the next gen" had actually started, lost planet looks technically solid as well. :)

Capcom really has a 'killer' game on their hands (yes the pun was intentional, and yes it was terribly unfunny). Adding extra costumes is a pretty cool idea, but I hope they take it further by adding weapon packs (preferably free) that add even more crazy items to beat zombies to death with.

My only complaint is the save system. I mean, my bro already started his own game, so that means I have to use a different profile just so I can have my own save.

I'm glad Capcom is showing the 360 such love though, it's one of my favorite game companies.

The issue has nothing to do with loading a save game when you die but the fact that you only get one save slot entirely. This means if you ever saved a game and didnt have time to make it to a certain place at a certain time (since the game's clock doesnt stop for you) you are done and have to start back at square one. Reading is your friend...so go ahead and read how all the reviews for this game address this frustrating issue and its handicapping presence in an otherwise decent game.

This has the smell of desperation all over it, if this game was a $$$ they wouldnt do that...

Na, Just kidding. Good news, koss I hate greedysoft and their microroberings, If I were in charge of the xbox devision, I wouldnt spend a dime in adverising, PR, viral web sites, E3, J allards manicure etc,

Instead I would take all that pile of $$$ and whoala, put it on games, release FREE GAMES using LIVE. And not mini games and shit, first-rate games. Exclusive. First party internal titles. That way they would be mbr1. all they have to do is spend it doing a greate engine, then launch ton of games without spending that much. wheres the moneY? xbox live subs

Evil D,

Did you happen to go over your comment before posting it? I think THAT would have been the stupidest thing you had ever read.

Seriously, people... the whole point of a next-gen game system is to deliver stuff in HD, so why not use it? I bet that some of you aren't even using S-Video inputs, at the VERY least.

@Venator2000

So, ignoring the fact you can read all the text in all other HD 360 games perfectly fine, you believe the solution lies in just "Get a new TV." Problem solved! Genius!

No blame should be placed on Capcom for not plugging a 360 into a SDTV and doing simple QA? It should be heaped on people who haven't purchased an HDTV? They're the idiots. Really?

I may not be able to see the graphics in HD or hear the sound in 5.1, it's not out of line to expect basic elements, like text, to be readable.

Not having a "next-gen" (RE: high def) television, nor even surround sound along with your next gen system of choice is like playing one-third of a game. SO much is missed. (REALLY - it makes that much of a difference)

I wanted to see the new outfits so I came here to see no one had posted them! Come on! So I did it instead. I thought it would be easier to set up a flickr account than have tons of links embedded. Click my name or go here: http://flickr.com/photos/92271919@N00

I think I have all costumes represented, but I can't remember how many or what different ones there were.
