Ahhh the good ole days of slinging back a few stitchies at Dirty Franks, hanging out at McGillans and dinner at Valanni's. I miss Philly :(

"Yup, the show isn't just about the uber-hip art world, but it's also about the uber-nerdy video game world and, try as Rockstar may to meld the two, we're like oil and vinegar, baby!"

Joystiq does not reflect the video game community as a whole. You should just stick to speaking for yourself rather than the millions of gamers in the world.

Man, I have got to respond to this last post by pancake brain or whatever.

I have lurked on here for a while, laughing on idiotic responses such as this, but man this is too much for me. Do you SEE any statments that Joystiq says that they represent the whole gaming community. Is a blog NOT about opinion? My dear SWEET Lord, remove the stick from your rear, take a dump to clear out the constipation in your brain, which I assume is located in your nether regions, and take their comments as their opinion.

I find it WICKED funny when people light up Joystiq about their views on the video game world, about what systems the like and are against, and what stories they put up. It's like people treat this site as CNN and they should have a "moral responsibility" to post the right and relevant information, as well as being unbiased. Take a deep breath and be ok with the fact that THIS IS A OPINION BLOG.

Damn the man, down with the empire and all that jazz.

Bah... I sucked at Table Tennis anyhow. Let's hope they do something like this for the Wii.

If I get down there I am so gonna mash on the green button and whip you Grant. Are you going to be wearing an obvious Joystiq shirt to find you?

you see, this is the same thing that happened with Video Games Live, and that other Video Game symphony: ANNOUNCING EVENTS IN PHILLY MERE HOURS BEFORE IT BEGINS DOES NOT HELP 92% OF US SURROUNDING JOYSTIQ READERS!!

Dear Joystiq,

Thanks for putting the wrong address. The rampid run-around my friends and I had was undoubtedly the best time ever.

btw.. It was a bunch of scene kids, with hardcore T's, and sleeve tattoos, sitting around getting high.

I played no video games.

However!! I had some bitchin BBQ! Free hotdogs, hamburgers, and random assorted 'salads.'

Huzzah.

teh art was lame.

The guy who ran the place was beast... He offered us free beer, (Well, it was free to everyone, he just
said to help ourselves) but we opted for the generic canned Cola!

Sincerely,
diem!

Rockstar didn't offer you anything. Jinxed Clothing provided all the food and drinks.

Rockstar, you are a POS. A big ole bus, and nothing but T-shirts...
